You will be so missed, you found the perfect little house for me and my late husband and you were a great friend after the sale for 14 years. Rest in peace...

Dear Keith, in addition to my husband's message (Brian Simpson), I also just wanted to say how much we appreciated your genuine interest and concern that we found a place, each time, with which we would both be happy. You were a pleasure to be with, and you became a part of important moments in our lives. We think of you often and wish you were still with us. You were truly a kind and benevolent soul and we are glad of the time we were able to spend with you. Our hearts go out to those who now go on without you in their lives.

You helped my wife and I purchase our first (and second) condominium. You were such a patient and conscientious real estate agent, but you were also much more than that. You were a friend and a true English gentleman. You even removed wallpaper for us! Thank you for being such a kind soul. I will never forget you.

I was always proud to know you as my brother-in-law and as a friend. From the first time I got to know you when at age 13 I stayed with you and your family in London, to the happy time that Sandra and I had when we visited you and Jen in California and in Ludlow this year. You were always a gentleman and a pleasure to be with and an inspiration to me as a young man starting out on a career as an Engineer. Thank you for looking after Jen through thick and thin. Sandra and I will miss you.

You were my Godfather.
This reflected the high esteem my parents thought of you and nearly fifty years later, still do.
You were a cool character who I loved and admired. From a young age you reminded me of the movie star Burt Lancaster!

A very good, true and loyal friend who will be greatly missed.
He was a real gentleman, loved, admired and respected by all who knew him.
