Not sure what to say?

Dr. Barash was my eye doctor for over 30 years. He was a gifted, caring doctor. I was sad when he finally retired. I am even sadder now, having just learned that he passed. RIP, Dr. Barash. You will be remembered by all those fortunate enough to have known you.

I'm so sorry to read about this. He was such a great doctor. Super funny guy that also had such insight into the quirky creative mind-and understood how important our eyesight is to our work. I remember loving his bright socks and that he would laugh every time I brought them up. He will be missed.

I was a patient of Dr. Barasch from 1984. I just saw the sad news about my favorite Dr. He did bilateral surgery on my corneas. If it weren't him, I wouldn't have had a 20 year career as a New York City police officer. I'll miss his humor and his professionalism. RIP doctor and God bless his family.

I was a patient of Dr Barasch since I was 10 years old. He was one of the doctors that gave me the most valuable gift, the gift of sight as I had been legally blind since I was born that many many years ago I'm now in my 60s. He was part of an amazing team of doctors. I was a patient until he retired and only learned of his death today. It is amazing how many lives can be changed in such a positive way by just one person. When I went to his office he always had pictures of his family and...

I learned months after the fact of Kenny's passing and am still filled with sadness. My heart goes out to his wife Lynne and daughters who he cared for above all else. Memories of him begin with my early days in NYC when he mentored me in my work in ophthalmology at Flower and Fifth Ave Hospitals. Kenny was a great and inspiring teacher to us all. But more than that, I have to thank him for my still being here as he spotted a subtle medical crisis overtaking me one day as we walked...

Kenny was a dear friend during my college years and a wonderful golf partner. He was a better golfer than I was, but we always had fun together. I learned a lot from Kenny- especially how to enjoy a good laugh. I'm deeply grieved to hear of his passing.

I was a patient of Dr. Barasch from 1987 until he retired. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. May he rest on peace. He will be missed.

Joan and I were so sadden to hear about Ken´s passing upon our return. We go back as far as grade school an ended as a patient. Ken and his family were part of our lives and will be missed. We sent our sympathy and condolence to Lynne, Wendy Dinah and Cassie. Howard and Joan Oestreich

One of my favorite Brearley parents - he and Lynne always had a great story to brighten a day.
