I am very sorry for your loss. I served with Ken during his WHCA years and participated in his Chief's initiation. Ken and I traveled on many presidential trips together and always had a great time together. Ken will be greatly missed by all of us that served with him.

I am extremely sad to hear about this. Ken was my favorite chief that I ever served under, and I always enjoyed any and all conversations with him. The Billings family is definately in my thoughts and prayers.
