Not sure what to say?

Just found out today Dr. Sims had passed away. I am so saddened and shocked to learn about this. Dr. Sims was an awesome veterinarian and a very kind man. He took care of our pets for over 25 years. He always took the time to explain everything and I knew our fur babies were in the best of hands. You will be sorely missed Dr. Sims. Thank you for everything you and your staff did for us and our pets. Thinking of you Stephanie and your Mom and all of Dr. Sim's family. RIP Dr. Sims

I was shocked and saddened to learn a few days ago when I visited his animal hospital that Dr. Sims had passed away. He was my Vet for over 30 years because I found him to be a very caring person for the animals and their owners. I know that he will be greatly missed by many. My heartfelt prayers and sympathy go out to all of his family members and all of those who worked with him and knew him. May he rest in peace.

Dr. Sims was the most knowledgeable Vet I have known. He was kind and considerate of my feelings when I endured a loss. He did everything in his power to help my babies when they were sick. I trusted him with their lives. I am devastated by his loss. I felt we became friends as well as doctor client. I loved sharing stories with him and will truly truly miss him. I just learned of his passing. Stephanie you have my deepest sympathy. I did not have the privilege of meeting Carolyn but he...

Stan and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your father was a wonderful, compassionate man and Veterinarian. May you find comfort in knowing that he was a blessing to many.

Dr. Sims was our family Veterinarian from my teen years on. He cared for many animals my parents and later pets that I owned. He was a favorite of my father, Marvin Kirchner. When my father passed in 2007 we took a flyer with a picture of my Dads cat to post in the office hoping to locate a new owner. Dr. Sims took his time to visit with my husband and I for some time. He did offer to take the cat should we not find an owner while we were in Louisville settling things. In the end, through...

Remember first time I met Dr Simms. We there last for emergency. On our dog. He also had another truck with a very large collie and he picked it up like it was nothing. RIp Dr Simms you will be missed.

Dr. Sims was well-liked by animals and their owners. He was a kind person and he was extremely compassionate about taking great care of his animal patients, and in educating his clients and teaching new veterinarian graduates. He will be missed, but never forgotten.
