Kenny was our next door neighbor for 20 years. He was always there for us, asking if we needed help, even in his eighties and nineties. Several years ago, in his mid- nineties, he came over to our house with a shovel to help spread gravel we had delivered to our back yard! Kenny lived alone after his wife passed away and, although his family and friends would have gladly helped, he insisted on doing all of his own yardwork.
