Not sure what to say?

I was saddened to learn of Ken Henrici's passing. Ken was an outstanding educator who always put the students first. Both as a teacher and administrator he was faced with the many choices and decisions during his career. Whenever faced with a difficult choice or decision Ken always looked to do what was best for the students. In several districts Ken consistently looked to improve curricula; he was a strong advocate for Advanced Placement courses, something that has benefited so many...

Visits its to our Connecticut cousins were a highlight of every summer growing up. The event was usually our grandmother's birthday. On Grammy's 100th birthday, Ken loaded her on the back of the motorcycle and took her for a spin around the block, starting with a ride down the steep Ives Street driveway. All survived. Ken was in 100% in everything he did. Condolences to Meryl and all the other family members.

Our deepest condolences to all of you. So sad to hear of Kens passing. Lots of fun hockey memories with you all. We are so sorry for your loss!

Ken was passionte educator and American. I know he will be missed.

Sympathy to the Henrici family, Meryl, children, and grandchildren. I've fond memories of the Henrici family, having grown up in Mt.Carmel, 'back in the day.' Kind regards,

To this day there are certain individuals whom I will always remember and reflect upon the role they played in influencing who and what I am. For me more than a few of those individuals have been educators and Ken Henrici...

So sorry to hear of Kens passing I had him as a teacher at sleeping giant jr high in Hamden in the late 70s he was a very nice man I remember him having a beard back then. I use to see him once and a while years later in north haven and never forgot him.I know he's watching over his family.

To the Henrici Family. I'm deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Ken's passing. I worked with Ken, although only briefly, in Wallingford. I found Ken to be a student's first administrator and a shoot from the hip kind of guy! I really liked that in a superintendent! So sorry again. Fred Rossomando - music teacher - Wallingford CT.

I have read the tributes to Ken and it is obvious what a great person he was and how many people he touched. I had the opportunity to meet and spend time with Ken through hockey where my son played with and against Doug and Mike. Both Ken and Meryl were always supportive of their sons endeavors. We all carry with us the positive impression and experience having known Ken Henrici. Very sad to not have him any longer with us, but I bet we will all remember the numerous conversations and...
