When Ken came to volunteer with us in the Ombudsman program, I immediately felt like I'd known him for a long time. He was so easy to talk with. He helped us a great deal as a volunteer, but I hope he knew that he had an even greater impact on me, personally. My name is Shannon and Ken worked as a volunteer with the AAA. Ken was a delight to have and we were honored that he chose to volunteer with the Ombudsman Program. He always had a smile on his face and was just a real joy to be around. Ken loved to share pictures of his family and we loved to see them! My heart goes out to the family during the most difficult time. Ken was a wonderful man who will be greatly missed. May you find comfort in knowing what a wonderful life he led.
