When Ken came to volunteer with us in the Ombudsman program, I immediately felt like I'd known him for a long time. He was so easy to talk with. He helped us a great deal as a volunteer, but I hope he knew that he had an even greater impact on me, personally. Despite his long, and often, arduous health struggle, he managed to keep a sense of humor. I admired him for that, for his courage, and his insight. I will miss him. I'm so very sorry for Karin, for his children, grandchildren and other family members. I feel like I know you because he spoke of you all with so much love and pride. My deepest condolences to you all. You are in my prayers.

My name is Shannon and Ken worked as a volunteer with the AAA. Ken was a delight to have and we were honored that he chose to volunteer with the Ombudsman Program. He always had a smile on his face and was just a real joy to be around. Ken loved to share pictures of his family and we loved to see them! My heart goes out to the family during the most difficult time. Ken was a wonderful man who will be greatly missed. May you find comfort in knowing what a wonderful life he led.
