We were away and actually heard the news on the radio.I was deeply saddened.I know your pain first hand and send my prayers and condolences. I so enjoyed running into your father such a kind and honorable man. Although I was only a very small part of our success at B.H.S. he didn't see it that way and always made me feel like a star. I was so saddened to hear of Ken's passing. It was not too long ago that my brother Frank visited with him and we chatted about the times we all had at "F.C. Phillips". Ken was a wonderful man. My Dad Harry Dawson would take us to the Lowell Giants games to watch them play. Frank and I both worked with Ken as you know and have great memories of our times together. Please express my condolences to your family.

I remember back to the time when I first met Ken in 1976 and thought how handsome he was. I also thought that you both made the most wonder ful pair together...the "Duke and the Duchess". As a newlywed myself, I wanted in my own marriage, the same devotion and love that you both showed to each other.
Over the years my opinion about how handsome he was never changed but I count myself as being one of the very fortunate people who also saw the kindness and sense...
