Not sure what to say?

We are so sad to hear of Ken's passing. May you find peace in knowing he was a wonderful man, a loving husband, a great dad and grandpa. His legacy is his loving family and his life's work as an educator. Find strength in the love and prayers you receive.

A kind hearted, warm, gentle, caring educator who knew how to make everyone feel valued and important. A true hero in many ways. Rest In Peace, Mr. McWhorter

Ken was an inspiring and compassionate mentor and supervisor for Xavier University students enrolled in the Secondary Education teacher training program for seven years until 2011. The memory of his many acts of kindness will continue to touch our lives.

Ken is a legend in the Reading Schools. An awesome teacher and administrator and a great role model for our students and staff. May his memory serve as a blessing for your family. Sincerely, Vicki Solomon-Reading BOE

Mrs. McWhorter,
I worked in the office two periods a day Mr. McWhorter's first year as principal.
I was very sad to hear of his passing. I usually saw both of you at the craft bazaar at your church.
You and your family have my deepest sympathy.
Laura Nichols Hertlein

My sincere condolences to your family. May God's Word be a source of comfort during this difficult time. Ps.147:3.

I'll always remember his deep voice and his passion for Jeffersonian history.
