My wife, Maureen, and I met Ken in 1969 when he was 31 and had just finished building a split level home in Lemont. We were 23 and 20, bought the home, and Ken did a great job with the finishing touches he added. I wish we had stayed in touch as Ken was quite the character, and we really enjoyed him.
