Ken was a good friend and, in the true sense of the word, a craftsman with his work as a Contractor. He took great pride in his construction and his distinctive designs are a testimony to the thought he put into each project. It was a reward to have met and known him.

Our hearts go out the the family. Linda and I have known Ken and Carol since the mid 70's when Royal Colony Estates was being developed. We have always known Ken to be a great friend. We had great times together at Royal Colony and we especially enjoyed our times togther on our many visits to Sarasota with Ken and Carol. The homes Ken designed and built were simply uncomparable.
