I was saddened to learn, belatedly of Ken's passing. We worked together on several projects as did members of my firm, for over 25 years beginning in the late 1970s through approximately 2008. Although I had not communicated with Ken for some years, my memories of his good nature, wit, resourcefulness and intelligence are still clear. I was saddened to hear of Ken's death. He and I worked together closely for many years in connection with construction litigation. He was my architectural consultant, but more importantly my friend. It was a privilege to know him, such a distinguished yet kind and humble gentleman.
