Kenneth Spence Obituary

January 4, 2019
Kenneth Lee Spence, 46 of College Station, TX passed away Jan 4, 2019 due to a tragic cycling accident.

Kenneth was born in 1972 in Muncie, Indiana to Terry and Jacqueline Spence. He graduated from John Marshall HS in San Antonio, he received a Navy scholarship, and graduated from UT Health Science in 1994, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Kenneth married Debra Quezada of San Antonio and they began their 21 year journey with the Navy. Kenneth retired as a Commander in 2013.

Kenneth and Debra were happy to come back to Texas where Kenneth served as Chief Nurse Anesthetist at Baylor Scott White in College Station.

Kenneth was passionate about his family, biking, and living life to the fullest.

Kenneth will be lovingly remembered by his wife Debra, daughter Isabella, parents Terry and Jacqueline and his twin brother, Captain Dennis Spence, US Navy.

Rosary will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, in San Antonio, January 22nd at 7pm.

Mass will be held January 23rd at 11:30 a.m., St. Dominic's Catholic Church.

Kenneth will be laid to rest at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors.
