Kenneth Zilli Obituary
September 11, 1941 - July 6, 2025
Please pray for the soul of Kenneth Harry Zilli who died in Williamsburg, Va., on July 6, 2025.
A native of the Bronx, N.Y., he was raised in Somerville, N.J., where he graduated from Somerville High School in 1959 and Seton Hall University in 1963.
The son of the late Harry and Inez Zilli, he is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Bass Zilli; and his sister, Claire Zilli Verdini, both of Williamsburg; a niece, Kathy Z. McLernon and her sons, Sean and Ryan of Sarasota, Fla.; his nephew, Matthew and his children, Lincoln and Colton of Austin, Texas; nephew, Andrew and his children, Cashel and Giuliana of Austin. His older brother Robert John Zilli predeceased him.
Mr. Zilli was a communicant of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, a traditional parish in Richmond, Va.
A viewing will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., and 7 to 8 p.m., on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd. Midlothian, VA 23113. A Requiem Mass will be held at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 828 Buford Road, Richmond, VA 23235. Interment will follow at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church Cemetery, 18100 Genito Rd, Moseley, VA 23120.

Dear Nancy and family,
What a shock to hear of Ken´s passing. You two have always been in some of my fondest memories. You made such a beautiful couple. Gordy and always loved your photos which I think were most often taken on your many cruises together. What a life you two have had. You have both been blessed.
