When I received the call and was told of Kevin's passing, like many of you, I was saddened and thought of our many years of working together, having fun and watching him achieve much success. In my mind, Kevin had exceptional people skills and treat everyone with dignity and respect. Given Kevin's many skills and talents, the ones I admired the most were how he treated people and being a good listener. Truth be told we got off to a rocky start, but I´ll never forget the evening he came into Tower Broadway and asked me to step outside to talk. He said " I´d like to consider everything that´s happened between us in the past as water under the bridge." I said " I´m cool with that." And from that point on, we were pals. We´d talk about music a lot, mostly jazz, basketball, but all kinds of stuff. He had a way about him when us needed someone to talk to. Through our private conversations he said...
