Kevin Walsh

I just read this and am truly saddened. Kevin and Lorraine loved to explore the area where I live, Rancho Estates, and whenever I knew property was coming up, I´d let them know so they could think about it first. They told me about their children and, although our friendship was just that of neighbors, we really liked seeing each other. I know he was so sad when Lorraine passed... this just makes me sad. Kevin Walsh enriched my life professionally & personally. During 2006-2008, Kevin & I worked together at Goleta Water District (GWD) as he was their General Manager & we also worked for their Board of Directors. While that was only a 2-year time period, I learned Kevin truly cared for people on all levels within the organization. I came to know Kevin when he was the Goleta Water District General Manager and I was the Central Coast Water Authority Executive Director. He was a pleasure to work with and I greatly respected him. Simply put, he was a good man and he is missed. RIP Kevin.
