Kian Michael Shanahan

Kian was a rare specimen. Being a good person is a choice. I know my first thought isn't always to do the right thing, It's something I need to actively make a choice to do. Kian was not like that, his default nature seemed to be effortless compassion. He is someone I always think about when given the option to do good, and I'm sure many others feel the same way. Ive never met someone who was as deeply warm as kian. He was the type of person who could teach kindness and he will forever be one of the most wonderful people Ive ever met.

We have the warmest remembrances of Kian. He was a great person and an even better friend. We so enjoyed spending time with you: Melissa, Mike, Karly, and Kian and we will always remember how kind your whole family was to us. We miss Kian ever so much.
