Not sure what to say?

Every time I go to the club I tell Dave I will never stop missing you, your hugs, your delicious food, and your wry sense of humor. Sandra and Dave Hammond

I'm so sorry for your lost. He was a great guy and would do anything for anyone.

Chef Dillon was so special to all of us at Scioto -always a welcoming smile, and a wonderful sense of humor even when we could tell he wasn't feeling great. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family.

I've known Chef Dillon since he started at Scioto Country Club back in 2005. We are all still in shock over the news of his passing. He was a great guy, caring, full of wit and sarcasm, and drove his staff to be the best they could. He will forever be missed. My thoughts are with you all.

Our hearts are broken. He is irreplaceable to us, personally, and to our club. He was the man I always wanted to see and hug whenever we went to the club. I was constantly giving him cards and compliments because his talents were so broad and delicious, not just cooking, but making every dollar go the maximum distance, and treating everyone like you were his best friend. He made so many of our special events absolutely perfect with his loving attention. There was always the fear that...

I went to Catholic school with Kieran and I can still picture him in the halls, always smiling. I actually can recall when I first met him because I had to ask him several times to tell me how to say and spell his name. He was as unique as was his name at the time.
His grin made you wonder what he was up to, or what just happened that was so funny. You knew if he was around you would laugh and have fun.
Just a few weeks ago my son met someone named Kieran and I told him about the...

Here's to Dillon. I worked with him at Kent State University in the early 90s. We served thousands of dinner guests at many years' worth of banquets. For quite a while, I didn't even know that he had a first name.

A few months ago I found his name online and discovered that he worked right down the street from my home in Columbus. We wrote back and forth and tentatively planned to meet up at some point. That never happened.

My condolences to his wife and daughters.

Jen, Keira and Katie,

The Scioto CC community has lost a dear friend and colleague. Chef Dillon was a pillar at our Club and was loved and respected by our staff and membership. It has been my pleasure to have worked with Kieran these many years and he was a most thoughtful, caring and intelligent person whose impact goes well beyond being an executive chef. His incredible personality, his concern for his staff and others, and his loyalty to all of those whose lives he touched was...
