Dear Gloria,
Bill and I were saddened this afternoon when we were told of Kurt's passing. As you know, I had the pleasure of working with Kurt since 1971, and we
became close friends as the years passed.
After his retirement, I especially looked forward to his visits, and our phone conversations.
It was a joy meeting you, visiting your home, spending time with the both of you when Kurt was ill. I will always treasure his and your friendship, the gift of his book, but most of all the fond memories of all of our working years together. I will miss our conversations, and his stories terribly.
Please add our love to the warm embrace of your wonderful family.

We have known Kurt for about 28 years and have the utmost respect and deep love for such a wonderful man! He was also our hero and knowing what he went through in his earlier life only made us esteem him highly for his grit and determination to make it through. God granted him 95 years and many friends and family along the way. We have such fond memories and shall cherish each one always.

His beautiful wife Gloria is also a genuine loving person and we wish only Peace and Love to surround her during this time. Please accept our deepest sympathy to all the extended family.

We will miss you Kurt.
With Love and Respect,
Steve and Becky Schwendeman
