WADSWORTH, Kurt Kevin Sr.

born on April 21, 1957 passed from this earth on March 23, 2015 at his home in Tampa. Though his body has departed us and his song has ended, his melody and fun loving spirit lingers on. Kurt is survived by his parents Dr. Donald and Mrs. Laura Wadsworth; siblings, Stacie Wadsworth, Dacia Hagen, Brett Wadsworth and Linda Mohler; children, Dacia Lynn Wadsworth Mitchell, Kurt Wadsworth Jr., Alex Wadsworth and Samantha Wadsworth; stepchildren, Rodney, Kelly, Mike, Erin, Robert, Melissa and Donald; grandchildren, Masaryk, Isaac, Laura Sophia, Daniel Derek (Double D), Avalina and Eleanor as well as the countless people that he touched through his work, his music and his friendship. Kurt, you are loved and missed. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from the Carrollwood Chapel of Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 3207 W. Bearss Ave, Tampa. Friends may gather with the family at the funeral home Saturday morning from 9 am until the time of the service. Condolences may be shared with Kurt's family by visiting www.blountcurrycarrollwood.com. All arrangements are under the direction of Blount & Curry Funeral Carrollwood Chapel.
