With sadness . . . I just saw this! Kent and I were best friends during our last 2 years of high school at Ft Eustis. We lived right down the street from one another . . . Double-dating to the Senior Prom, "Guarding" the entrance to the Officers´ Club Pool in the Summer as we played bridge, driving our Fathers´s cars in and out the Ft Eustis and Naval Weapons Station gates to get salutes and making the kind of memories that good friends make!
