I met Lanette while I was working at the VA and I knew immediately that we would become friends. Her personality and wit would just draw you in and pretty soon, she´d have the whole room laughing. I missed her when I retired but we always exchanged cards at Christmas. I´m going to miss her. She was truly special. Prayers to the family.
