Larry and I began our decades long friendship and musical relationship in the early 70's. He was talented, inventive, and solid. As a drummer I appreciated his ability to play "in the pocket". Larry has been my true best friend since my sophomore year in high school. Playing music together throughout our lives was great but the camping trips and adventures we had together through the years are what I really miss. I can honestly say that he and I didn't judge each other, we were there for each other and, believe me, we disagreed on a lot, especially politics. But it never got in the way. We had disagreements but we knew we could always count on each other. We will hang on the other...
