Fresno, California - Sir Larry E. Garcia, 75 of Fresno California, passed away on Mar 2, 2024
Larry was born on May 24, 1948 to Margaret and Ventura Garcia in Sanger CA.
In 1970 Larry was drafted into the army and served a tour in Vietnam with his battalion BIG RED 1 and Blackhorse. Larry was awarded two bronze medals and two army commendation medals.
After returning home Larry married his love of 52 years Yolanda Garcia and had two daughters Gena Kirby and Sabrina Nystedt. Larry has four grandchildren. Ava, Uma, Chaz and Jack Kirby.
When not with his family, Larry could always be found on the golf course with his buddies.
Larry is survived by his older brother Ventura Garcia, his favorite sister Rachel Madrigal and younger brother Manuel Garcia.
Services will be held at Whitehurst Funeral Home 836 E Nees, Fresno CA 93720
March 27th 2024 at 10:30 am burial to be held at Belmont Memorial.
