Larry Hildebrand

One of the kindest and most amazing men I ever knew. He had a sense of humor that would light up a room, he always made sure to tell jokes and keep you smiling. He was not just a good man but an amazing one, he provided my family with emotional stability and comfort for many years. When I think back to my childhood he was always there, fishing out arrowheads in the creek with me and indulging my silliness. It took me a long time to find the words to describe what he was to me; and now...

I really enjoyed working with Larry. He and I both taught at Spartan. Back in the 80's, he was also one of my instructors. We enjoyed sitting in the teachers lounge swapping stories from our military careers. He was a great guy and I will miss him. I send my prayers to the family.

He was one of the best instructors I had.
