Not sure what to say?

Hi. I hope family and friends of Larry are doing well. I truly enjoyed Larry, as a friend. He came in to Applebee's often, and I came to think of him as family. He is still very missed.

It is wonderfull to see how loved Larry was in Kearney community. He talked often of the Students of the school. He was proud of each and every one of the students. He loved ushering at church and being involved with the church and school. Larry would call us often as he waited for the students to compete in what ever event and tell us how they were doing. We did not know the students personally but felt like we did after Larry was done bragging on them. Larry will be very missed by many....

We were members of First Lutheran in Kearney in the 80's and 90's and knew Larry from there. He always had a big smile and a kind word for all. He drove the bus for our oldest daugher who was on the Kearney High debate team her freshman year. He was not just a driver but also a great supporter of the team. It's heartbreaking to hear about this and our very deepest sympathy and prayers go out to the family--
Nelsons; Gregg, Carole and daughters

When we attended First Lutheran Church, Larry was always there to usher us in, turn the lights back on during the service after our toddler shut them off, greet us with a friendly smile, and all around made us feel very comfortable. He was a wonderful individual who will be greatly missed by all who knew him! May you all feel God's strength and comfort during this most difficult time.
Our sincere sympathy,
Tom and Karmen Sears, Collin, Connor, and Kendra

My most heart-felt prayers to all family and friends. Larry was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. God bless

There are few words that can describe a man of his depth and grace. I was raised in Albion and always had the utmost respect and admiration for him. He was a man whose reputation and legacy go far beyond himself and he will continue to be an example for the lives he has touched and changed on his journey through life. Thank you LARRY for being who you where.

I have fond memories of Larry's friendly smile growing up north of Albion--that's where he learned to drive! The Neidhardt family was well-liked in the neighborhood so it's not surprising to hear of all the good things he had done and the lives he touched in his time in Kearney. We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. God bless!

My sympathy goes out to the family. I remember Larry from his school board days in Albion. My prayers are with you.

I was always glad to hear that Larry was the driver when the kids traveled during bad weather.
