Not sure what to say?

Dear Carmen, I am indebted to Larry for the opportunity that he gave to me to become a member of the Studebaker Design Team. He has always been #1 on my list of most talented artists. Sharing a board next to him was an honor & his influence in my work has been indelible. He set a creative standard that many designers could only hope to achieve. Words can not express my sorrow to you for your loss of this great man, his positive influence on my life and his contribution to automobile...

Sincere sympathy to you

The FCA Founders at Larry's house 1962

Dear Carmen and the entire Nicklin Family,

The entire Ferrari Club of America is saddened to hear that Larry, one of the Club's 8 founders had passed. Larry lives on through the club he founded and at 5,800 members is by far the largest Ferrari club in the world. We will miss Larry and the stories that he and the other founder's told during the 2005 Ferrari Club Annual Meet in Indianapolis and the club's 50th Anniversary celebration held in 2013. And if not for Larry and John...

Dear Carmen and family,

I'm so sorry to hear about Larry's passing. I always looked forward to seeing him, and miss our chats. I learned so much from Larry, and he was such an inspiration to me. Always encouraging, very intelligent and full of many wonderful stories, Larry was a rare treat. I am richer for having known him. I will keep you and all in my thoughts and prayers.

It is so nice to hear from Dad's closest friends. Dave Palmiter, that is one of the iconic pictures of him, getting pulled over by a lady cop in the Mexico. Please, if you have any great memories of Larry share them both here and at http://tributes.com/Larry-Nicklin the funeral home's website
