The best professor ever at Ohio University (and I have known a lot of them!) I needed only one math class, but after the first one, took two more classes with him because of his style of teaching. He was gentle, most knowledgeable, and cared about his students' learning. He was always available to answer questions. Later when I started teaching, I followed his style.
