Laura Belle (Graf) Anderson passed away peacefully in her home surrounded with her family on Friday, November 28, 2014 after a yearlong battle with cancer. Daughter of George and Molly Graf, Laura was born and baptized in Westwood, Calif., on February 5, 1937 and grew up in Idaho. Upon graduation from Heyburn HS, she moved to Redding, Calif., and worked as a Telephone Operator with Pacific Bell Telephone Company. Laura met William H. Anderson, an Airman from W. Va., who asked for her hand in marriage. They were married in the Christian Church on November 3, 1956. The couple raised their two sons, Kelly and Bruce, in the Roseville area and remained there for more than 50 years. Over the years, Laura was a committed and valued employee as an office manager in the medical profession for over 20 years and also served the State of California as a Legal Secretary in Subrogation for 12 years. After retirement, Laura enjoyed playing Bridge with her favorite friends and earned the title, Grand Master. Laura's greatest work, pride and joy were with her family. Over the years, she supported and loved her family in all their interests.
She is survived by husband, William Anderson of 58 years, George and Linda Graf, Jean Bunker, Kathy Reich, Kelly Anderson, Bruce and Shari, Matthew, Jacob, Rebekah and Daniel 'DJ' Anderson.
Service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014, 10:00am at the Lincoln Hills Community Church located at 950 E Joiner Parkway, Lincoln. Burial will follow at the Lincoln Cemetery in Lincoln, 250 Santa Clara Way, Lincoln, Calif.
