Laura Ann Kreitzberg September 10, 1924 - December 9, 2008 SALEM - Laura Ann Kreitzberg was born September 10, 1924 to Harold and Olive Prior in Choteau, Montana. She married George F. Kreitzberg in 1951 and settled in Salem in 1953 where they raised their seven children. She enjoyed spending time with her family, drawing, painting and reading. She had a wonderful smile and beautiful blue eyes. She is preceded in heaven by her husband, George; her parents; her sister, Betty; and brother, Danny. She is survived by her children, Greg, Jim, Mari Bailey (Chris), Mike (Dawn), Danette, Scott and Patricia Thompson (Bob); 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Laura and George supported many local charities including the Benedictine Foundation for the Sisters of Mt. Angel, Blanchet Catholic School, the Salem Foundation, and the Salem Hospital Foundation. Donations in lieu of flowers will be appreciated. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Saturday, December 13 at Queen of Peace Church.
