Dear Family,
Laura and I were classmates and friends throughout the years. I have extremely fond memories of her and will treasure them dearly. I am so sorry for the loss of Laura. I did not even know that she was ill. Laura was a true friend and even though we did not keep up together after we married, I thought of her often. Please
know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dr. Dan, Lorena, Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler, my heartfelt condolences on Laura's passing. I can promise you that the memories we have of her will help get you through this difficult time.

She was a great lady. Her beauty, her wit and her kindness always made it a pleasure to visit with her. God Bless you all.

Dan, My thoughts and prayers go out to you and Lorena.I"m sorry for your loss

Laura was a person in the family that I, regretfully, did not get to know as well as I would have liked to. But whenever I did see her and talk to her she was always very welcoming and very warm. I always remember the heartfelt laugh that she had. My prayers go out to you, Danny and Lorena. Please know you and the family are in my prayers.

My name is Rosa Elia Rosteet Cavazos. I am the daughter of the late Ruben Cavazos Sr. from Laredo. Although I did not know Laura Anne, I am certain she was a wonderful person who will be missed tremendously by those who loved her. My father often talked about Mr. Wheeler and his great family. May God bless you and give you strength during this difficult time.
Sincerely, Rosa Elia Cavazos

Wow, I have so many fond memories of you Aunt Laura. From your beautiful wedding I attended as a child, to the day you brought baby Lorena home (still remember those long fingers and toes - too cute), to the delicious flan you would make during the holidays, to the last time I kissed your cheek at your service on Oct. 31. Uncle Danny and Lorena, I am here for you. My prayers are with you, dear friends, and family. We have one more wonderful person watching over us. You will be so very missed.

Lorena and Mr. Saenz, we truly send our prayers to your family. Laura was so happy and filled all who met her with a sense of value. She enjoyed all on the 4H Gun club and stayed totally involved with Lorena You both were the love and joy of her life. Rusty, Justin and I will always remember her happy and jolly personality. Again, our prayers and thoughts are with you. Friends-- The Boldts

Laura was a true friend even to strangers. She will always be in our thoughts and her family in our prayers.
