Mr. Matthews always seemed to have a smiling face. I saw him often as he rode his grandkids around the courthouse complex on the weekends, and he always waved to me, and they all had a great time. I will miss him, and know his family will cherish all the great memories they have.

Altough i only met Mr.Mattews one time at Jimmy"s garage - ive known ricky for years with he being fire chief in the courthouse and i in emporia.
