Not sure what to say?

I have many fond memories of Larry as his campaign Treasurer and a friend.

I first met Larry in 1939, in front of our father's businesses. We were standing at 7th and Florida Avenue, N.W., Washington D.C... We remained friends from that day forward and had many good times and laughs together. I miss my oldest friend.

I worked for RLLS for three years and worked closely with Mr Levitan. He was a wonderful man and I'm grateful for the time I was able to spend with him.

Larry was my oldest close friend. We met in Washington, 1939 in front of our father´s stores on 7th Street at Florida Ave. I eventually moved permanently to Annapolis and spent time with Larry through his years in the legislation, retirement to his law firm and phone calls as he crossed the Chesapeake Bridge. There were many funny stories. The one I will share is when a mutual friend Jimmy Cafritz opened a Poppi´s franchise in Annapolis. Larry called me and asked if I would have dinner with...

He once asked for me to help him with a hand-me-down computer. We were setting up communications, which was a big deal at that time. I figured if Bell's first message over the first telephone was "Mr. Watson, come here. I want to see you.", my message to Senator Levitan was a simple "Yahoo is on sale at the Giant." He must have liked Yahoo...

Dear Barbara.....Sandy and I were so saddened to hear of Larry´s passing. We hold such fond memories of you both and spending time with his family. Please know we are thinking of you and your family and send sincere condolences. Fondly, Barbara and Sandy Maslansky

We are so sorry for your loss. Larry was a great friend and tennis partner of my late father, Jimmy, for decades, and he will be missed dearly. Our sincere condolences and thoughts go out to Barbara and the whole family.

My father, Howard, knew him from GWU and always held him in high regard. Sending condolences to your family.

My sincere condolences to the entire Levitan family. My memories of Larry are special. He was supportive of me when I entered the business world and was helpful with advise when i needed it. He served the people in his district with what he felt was best. He will be missed! A very unique man!
