Larry was a shining star in overseeing the needs of children requiring home and hospital instruction. He hired the best of professionals to provide the services and provided great support for his staff. He was definitely an asset to the Prince George´s County Public School System and I am blessed to have had the honor of working with him in the Special Education Department for thirty years.
