Leah Harbin Obituary
Leah Loy (McKay) Harbin, 55, of Searcy passed away Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, at Unity Health hospital in Searcy. She was born April 14, 1968, in Searcy, to Jerry R. McKay and Sharon (McFall) Whitt. Leah was of the Free Will Baptist faith.
She is survived by her children, Ryan Weeks (Jacob) and Canyon Harbin (Brooke); parents, Jerry R. McKay (Glenda) and Sharon Whitt; grandchildren, Braiden, Colten and Berkley; siblings, Jenna Bassett (Mike), Denver McKay, Cynthia Bennett (Matt) and Deanna McKay; and was an Aunt Lele to many nieces and nephews.
She was an artist, a poet, a singer and a comedian, and this only scratches the surface of who she was. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many.
Visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 1, from 10-11 a.m. at the Searcy McEuen Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the Mt. Bethel Cemetery. All funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Searcy McEuen Funeral Home.
