One of the challenges of moving away from my Porter Co. home is that a daily pastime is reading the obituaries, and seeing friends from long ago mentioned. As the son of Fred ("Rosie") & Mary Hamann, I spent my first eight years of life a mile around the corner from Lee. I remember going to his home as a child, while we would play various games while our parents did their thing. Then our paths parted, though I had minimal contact with some of his half-siblings.
