A number of years ago I worked as a court reporter on a gigantic national case with Leo for several years. Working with lawyers every day for years, I knew there was something very special about him from our very first deposition. By the end of the case I dubbed him "the best lawyer I had ever worked with and known." My family has been friends with and associated with the Leo Beus family for 40+ years. Most of my fond childhood memories involved him and his family. He was there to help with adoption of my younger brother. He was there for scout activities. He was there to kick our butts in basketball. His lessons in Sunday school were Oscar winning extended directors cut edition. When he talked with you, you had his full attention. He´s a wonderful man who will be missed.

I remember Leo from the day I graduated Law School and moved to Phoenix in 1976. Leo was a great friend and mentor the entire time I know him. He was a kind man but a beast in the courtroom. May he Rest In Peace.
