Leonard Russell, age 81, formerly of New Fairfield, passed away on January 1, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at his residence in Danbury, CT.
Len was born in Philadelphia in 1944, married to Gail (Roberts) for 59 years. Len served his country as a US Army Intelligence officer during the Vietnam era and was a 30-year employee of IBM. He served the Lord throughout his life.
There will be visitation with the family from 5 - 7 p.m. on Jan. 22nd at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, CT. A memorial service will be held Jan. 23, 3:00 p.m. at Walnut Hill Community Church, 156 Walnut Hill Rd., Bethel, CT.
