My memories of Bishop Kelly began at the Leigh Street Methodist Church, now Wesley Memrial UMC. She, along with her late husband, James David Kelly, were an spiritual element to my mother

My thoughts and prayers go out to Pam and family at the loss of this great woman of God. Be encouraged that she helped many of us with her teachings and quiet yet excited spirit. I will always remember her smile and excitement for God.

Thank you to all who honored her and blessed us today with an amazing celebration of her bodacious life! Long live the Queen of Holy Boldness! (Thank you Leo for claiming Wesley and Justus as cousins so they could eat with the family!)

To the family of Bishop Kelly; our prayers are with you at this very sad time.

Indeed, the loss of your mother, mother-in-law and grandmother must be difficult to comprehend. But, knowing how devoted she was to her family, her church and her community over all of these years is a warm way to remember her.

Kind regards,

The Montgomery family

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I loved Tina Kelly dearly. We worked together in the Upward Bound Program at Virginia Union. She was a great teacher, administrator, preacher and most of all my good friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always cherish her friendship
