Leroy Vance Carruth

Vance was my mentor and guru. I attended the Church of Christ in Bellflower as a teenager. He must have seen a spark of intelligence in me. Because he took me under his wing from the ages of 12-18. He brought me out of darkness into the light. He taught me public speaking and I won trophies at the Toastmasters Club. I am organised in my mind due to his brilliance as a tutor and friend with a 3.8 average in high school and in all the universities I have attended due to his guidance...

Now he is with our father and also with our Father. Patricia (Osborne) Graham and Pamela (Osborne) Wade.

To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die . Vance will always be in our hearts. His wisdom and humor will always be in our thoughts. Our prayers and condolences go out to the family.
