Not sure what to say?

Griff and Family,
So sorry to hear about your Dad. He certainly lived life to the fullest. Glad to have met such a wonderful, giving and fun loving man while working at Garner Wholesale. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours during this difficult time.

To the Garner Family.
I just learned of Mr. Garner's passing. I only knew him for the 2 years I worked at Garner Wholesale in the late 80's, but I will never forget him. He was one of those "once in a lifetime" characters you meet, and he seemed to enjoy life about as much as anyone I've ever known. I know he will be greatly missed.

I pray God's continued blessing and healing upon the Garner family. A classmate of Les Garner Jr.

May God bless the Garner family. Thanks Leslie for your sevice to our country and service to ECU. My mother who passed away 2 years ago was also born in Williamston like your lovely wife Evelyn . I am sorry to see another member of the "greatest generation" and a true Pirate leave us.

Griff, Elaine, and family,
Mom and I want to let you all know you are in our prayers. Mr. G. was one of a kind. In our old days at GWM, he always made everyone laugh or said hello. He will be missed.

Griff, Elane and family,
I was so sorry to hear about the death of Mr. Garner. I worked with all of you at Garner Wholesale back in the late 80’s and I have very fond memories of the great times we had. My office was beside Mr. Garner’s in the warehouse and I feel honored to have known him. He has had a positive impact on the community and has touched so many hearts with his caring and jovial character. One thing that sticks out during the Garner Wholesale days was he had a trailer at...

Elaine and family. Sorry to hear about your loss. My prayers are with you.

Dear Griff and Christie,
We are sorry and saddened to hear about your loss. Although we were never fortunate enough to meet Griff's Dad, we felt we knew him through the stories you shared with us. He was clearly a wonderful, remarkable person, who will be sorely missed by your family and the whole community. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
With our sympathy,
Malik and Paula
