Blaine, Tonja and family.... I just want you to know that you are in my thought and prayers this week. Les was such a good, decent guy. I loved his smile and handshake in the stands at all our boys'' basketball games. He was so proud of all his kids and his love for family was warmly extended to everyone. May your memory of him help guide you in the future. He was a good model for how to treat people.

"such a unbelievable shock to me" so sorry to hear this. Les was a good boss to me and mostly a good friend. i often thought of him like a second father to me. he will definitely be missed. See you in Heaven Les

Im totally shocked. Les wS so vibrant and full of life, this doesnt seem possible. Family and friends are surrounding you all. They mean everything they say, even if it doesnt reach you. I will get together when things slow down. As coincidental as this sounds, a close friends memorial service is at the exact same time downtown. I want to be both
places and cant! But these services are difficult to be one-on-One. My love and sympathy are. Full of heart. Love, Natalie

I had the pleasure of meeting Les and his lovely wife Tonja in Oscoda, Michigan. Les and Tonja had came to visit their son Ryan and wife Lindsay, and of course their sweet granddaughter, Marley, who had just bought their first home next door to my wife and I. Les was a true gentleman. Outgoing and funny. I did have the pleasure of seeing Les and Tonja again, just after the birth of Ryan and Lindsay's, son; Waylon. Sure wish that I would have had the opportunity to golf or spend time Les and his family. They are all such WONDERFUL People! I know Les will be missed very much. The plans that Les and Tonja had made, are now changed. It will be tough to go on without him, but take comfort in the fact, that Les will be looking down on all that knew and loved him, and if you trust in the word of GOD, we know that we will see him and all of our loved one's that have gone before us, on the other side of this life. Celebrate the life and times that you had with Les. You know that he would want that.
