Levi and I met in Germany last year at a Yiddish cultural event. I'll always remember the first night we hung out. We sat together drinking and laughing and discussing Yiddish literature and music. In the short time I knew him, he taught me so much and showed me little random acts of kindness all throughout the trip. I'm so grateful that he and I crossed paths.
