Not sure what to say?

Today Lillian would be 16. I share stories about her frequently in my new junior high classroom. Thinking of her today, imagining what she would be like as a sweet sixteen.

Been two years, I still think of her daily and miss her terribly. She was such a wonderful soul. I love you Lillian.

Im a kid i used to be in her class last year and I didnt know she died until somewhere around August or September, and I was very sad when I herd about that

I was lucky enough to sub in Lillian's class. I remember first meeting her and her shyish smile lit up a room. Over the next few days she opened up to me. She told me all about Pokémon and we discussed what characters we would be. She liked to try to scare me as I did with her. We would both laugh and laugh. She sat next to me as we watched a movie and we shared more laughs and more about Pokémon. She and I were also able to play basketball during pe. I remember her love for throwing the ball...

I only met her once at a family reunion but she seemed like a nice and sweet gal. She is gonna be missed greatly by all her knew her.

Tina Adams

I remember subbing in Tanya's class and she wanted me to help out a student with math. As I sat watching him breeze through his math problems, Lilli noticed me sitting all quiet. So she said hi to me and showed me her drawings. She was such a sweet girl and I will never forget that day she talked to me and each time she saw me on the playground she would say hi.

Even though I only encountered Lillian for about 20 minutes each school day, I grew to adore her and her sweet personality. She would always come up and say hello, and then run off to the swings. (I will forever remember the 3rd swing as being hers. She would wait patiently for that specific swing, and wouldn't use any other one, even if another one was available first). She also liked to remind me that October 13th was her birthday, and sometimes it would be on Friday the 13th. I didn't know...

Rest peacefully in the arms of your maker, you are an angel now, so spread your wings and fly. Love from your great aunty Wendy

I so enjoyed interacting with Lillie at school. I always said hello to her she was so sweet and polite. Lillian had a heart of gold. Out of all the kids ive met in the last few years, she was the one that stole my heart and ran with it. There was definitely something special about this girl. I am forever changed because of her. I will miss her beautiful braids and contagious smile. To her family, I can't even imagine. I am so very sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing this amazing girl...
