Linda Heidi Legarda

On December 18, 2021 Linda Heidi Legarda (nee Lamberger), passed away at her home surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife and partner of Eric Legarda; devoted mother of Amy Darling and her fiancé Harvey Dail, and Alex Darling; loving step-mother of Bryan Legarda and his fiancée Angel Mangus, and Nathan Legarda; cherished grandmother of Arya and Aiden; dear sister of Werner Lamberger, Eddie Lamberger, and Eileen Wissmann; she was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Waltraut Lamberger, and her brother Kirk Lamberger. She is also survived by her fraternity of friends at the Harford Public Library where she worked for 15 years. Linda won numerous awards during her career at the Harford Public Library including her most recent award the Roenna Fahrney Award.

Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014, on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 6-8 PM, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 PM.
