Not sure what to say?

This candle represents Linda, a bright light who projected warmth. One cannot picture her without a smile, so the photo is perfect. That's how she's remembered: smiling, gracious, always pleasant.

Linda was a star in high school. That our salutatorian would earn advanced degrees is no surprise. A passionate learner, she. And her passion for learning no doubt contributed to her career choice of education.

Linda returned for the 40+ Reunion of Rogers Class of 1967 in 2008. ...

I was saddened to learn of Linda's death. Two years ago she wrote at Christmas to tell me of her bout with breast cancer. I wrote to her last Christmas but the letter was returned. I felt a kinship with her because she and I were the same age. Her mother with whom I was very close frequently mentioned her to me and kept me abreast of her accomplishments and the whereabouts of her children. Please know that my thoughts are with your family. I trust that wonderful memories of your times...

Linda, you left us way too soon. We missed you at the Rogers Class of '67 reunion this fall and knew you were not well enough to attend. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

For Linda's Family,
So sorry about Linda's passing. She was an inspiration for all of us during her tenure at PGHS. You will be missed tremendously. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Jan and Michael Pratt

We were so sorry to read of Linda's passing. She was a high school friend to both of us, always a sweet lady when we saw her at reunions. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, whom she spoke of with such love.

I am so sorry to hear about this. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers. Jane Humphries Jett - Peachtree City, GA
