Not sure what to say?

Years pass so quickly. I recently moved to the west side of Lansing and often pass the street where Lindy lived. I think of her every single time I drive by. She had such a loving soul.

My mom still talks about her all the time. She visits Lindy's burial site several times a year. Lindy was always very kind.

Ironically, I thought about Lindy today. She was a very special lady.

It has been 5 years, there are so many times I think of the things I learned from Lindy. She has a warm caring heart and accomplished so much in her lifetime. Raising two families has many lessons that I reflect on how she did it so well. She made a difference in my life.

Lindy and her family at the Moose Lodge on Drummond Island Aug 2013

It is with deep sadness that I write in this memorial guest book for our dear Lindy. I just learned of her death last night from a friend, and my heart is aching for the loss of this truly amazing woman who touched my heart so deeply during the past dozen years. So sorry that I didn't find out until today. We had missed an opportunity to get together last Sept. and will forever be sorry. She was a terrific and gracious lady and always my friend. My heart goes out to all the family.

It's hard to comprehend that someone with such spirit, grace and joy of life is no longer among us. We count ourselves lucky to have known her and our deepest condolences go out to Don and her family.

I got to spend a few precious hours reflecting…she would have got a kick out of my newfound hobby...

Her smile and warmth will be her legacy, she always gave each person the feeling of friendship and appreciation. Please accept our deepest sympathy and condolences,
John and Pat Greenslit
