It was very sad and heartbreaking to hear the news about Lisa. She was such a warm, kind, empathetic and beautiful person. I was lucky enough to get to know her through Tim way back when he and I were in grad school together at UConn and subsequently when we worked together after graduation. She was always so easy to talk with and we always connected on our run training over the years. Tim and family, Although I can think of many reasons we were fond of Lisa, one time comes to mind for me. Being very nervous hosting a dinner at our Pia Lane home in Simsbury. Having Chris´s friends with spouses, when we had three small children at the time, seemed like an impossible task.
