Lisa Mantia Obituary

Lisa Ann Mantia was welcomed into Heaven by her Heavenly Father Friday, September 30, 2005. Lisa was born on November 1, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Lisa is survived by her loving husband Greg; daughter, Audrey; step-daughters, Nicole Lopez and husband Russell, Natalie Mantia; parents Ed and Audrey Bakameyer; brother, Ken Bakameyer and wife Choun Ja; sisters, Denise Basler, Joan Orso and husband Charlie; Nieces, Audrey Cauthen and husband Michael, Amy Bakameyer, Maria and Emily Basler, Elaine and Anna Orso; nephews, John and Luke Basler, Michael and Anthony Orso. Lisa will be missed deeply by everyone she touched in her time here with us. Viewing will be at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 S Broadway, Edmond, OK Tuesday, October 4th from 3:00 until 9:00. Funeral Services will be held at the Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, October 5th at 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Feed the Children (Hurricane Victims).

Lisa was always tremendously encouraging to me and she always lit up a room wherever she went. I remember a time when my 2 year old daughter saw her at the office, and called her grandma. She said "Oh great" It was hilarious. Lisa we will miss you dearly, and will see you soon.

I worked with Lisa briefly at NOVASTAR. In the short time I knew her, I grew to like her alot. She will be greatly missed. I offer my deepest condolences to the family.
